Thankyou. I have seen a few news pieces about it, and have chosen not to comment because I just think it's ridiculous pedantry (on the part of the school, I mean).
My primary school banned cartwheels on the asphalt and they were only allowed on the grass, this was after a girl split her head open doing one on the asphalt though.
I can kind of see the reasoning but I think a compromise could be reached.
