The More I Think About It

The more certain I become that Australia needs something like Gymnastike.org or BGtv.

Such an idea has been casually raised with me before, and quite frankly, the more web/video coverage of these overseas gyms and competitions I watch, the more I wish I had camera and sound lackies to help me kick-start it myself.

The Nationals web stream was a good starting point, but I think having profiles, interviews and acrhived competitions available is a great way to showcase gymnasts and gymnastics facilities from around the country.

Just sayin'.

  1. I agree. I've often thought that myself. Unfortunately i have zilch technical know-how. Great organising skills but!

  2. It would be as if I had died and gone to heaven if such a site existed.

On another note, if Shona is indeed intending to compete a DTY and a Podkopayeva as speculated, she has a big chance of making VT EF. That would put her 5th in the world in terms of DV.

  3. anyone know when the WAGs arrive? It seems they have left it very late to only leave Thursday given the distance and time difference.

  6. It would be good if people could source their information or at least not always post as anonymous because from what I know there is a lot of misinformation coming from unidentified posters here.

  7. If you know that something is inaccurate why not just correct it? If you don't know, then how do you know it is misinformation? I don't see how the anonymous posts are a problem. Most people understand that many of the comments are speculation, and harmless, interesting speculation at that.
