MLC young gun Amelia McGrath!
The marvellous Miss Milly, who has already represented Australia at competitions in North America and looks to have a bright future among the ranks of the GA Olympic squad, turns 15 today.

Is Fiona injured?
There is certainly going to be a fight for the junior spots.
Is there a Maximum of 3 Seniors or does it have to be 3 and 3? Could we see a team with only one or 2 Seniors and give the opportunity to a larger number of Juniors? This would make sense to me since these girls are going to need the experience (for 2012) and won't be eligible for Commonwealth games or Worlds this year.
ReplyDeleteI think it can be more than 3 juniors. However, I don't think it will happen because the seniors are mostly better than the juniors right now. Seems it will be between Lauren, Larrissa, Georgia W, Britt and Emily for seniors.
ReplyDeleteBtw, did anyone see these videos? Seems they are from Saturday

Emily's handstands are looking good on bars but she still has form problems on beam. Nikki looking ok but not top on floor and beam although they are her weaker events anyway. Seems her leaps have improved.
I wish they had posted some vids of Georgia Simpson too, I would love to see her routines since she hasn't competed much.
Lauren is not trialing, and Fiona Coley is indeed injured, she is not even at camp. The team can have a maximum of 3 seniors or none at all.
ReplyDeleteBig Happy Birthday to Emily Little for today, March 29.
ReplyDelete4/10 AIS/GA girls healthy? Not a good record....
