Keeping Up Appearances

Interstate gymfans, this weekend sees YOUR chance to meet some Aussie superstars!

Commonwealth Games gold medallists Dani Prince, Tom Pichler and Josh Jefferis will be doing a meet-and-greet in Queensland, while Gold Medallist of Everything Ever Lauren Mitchell will be making an appearance at the National Club Championship in Canberra.

So keep your eyes peeled and your marker pens uncapped!

Also, in competition appearance news, our Toyota Cup team heading to Japan will be Lauren Mitchell, Ashleigh Brennan, Larrissa Miller and Prashanth Sellathurai.

  3. I wouldnt call 30 competitors in JNR and SNR depleated. Its very encouraging to see.

  4. There is nowhere near 30 juniors and seniors.
    There is only one senior doing all 4 apparatus. No waverly juniors or seniors (except ashleigh kittl) and only 1 wais girl.

  6. so far I've only seen Georgia Wheeler and Larissa Miller at podium training. I think Georgia is doing all apparatus. Amaya king Koi is there as well.

  8. Seniors present included: Georgia Wheeler -all four apparatus
    Larissa - only saw bars and floor, not sure if she did beam and vault
    Karissa - saw bars, not sure about other apparatus
    Zoe - all four I think
    Crystal - all four?
    Aimee - beam only
    Juniors present were - Amaya, Shar-lee, Amelia, Tierra, Laura, Alex, the Grogen girl (can;t remember her first name), Katie, and an additional 8 who I can't remember.
    A bit of a splat fest - plenty of falls.
    Nice to see Zoe, watered down her floor but nice big double backs.

  10. Only 5 seniors - Georgia and Crystal did all four, Zoe did not do bars, Larissa only bars and floor and Karina only vault and bars

  11. Iwas suprised that not many of the 95 girls went up to SNR like this yr. JNR comp very tight in points for top 5. My Pick will be Nikki for 1st over all 2-3rd to close to call.
