Too bad they didn't do this after 2009 or 2010 Nationals....could've meant that improvements could've been made so that people didn't rubbish 2010 and 2011 Nationals in Perth so much!Bit late now.
In fact they did ask for feedback after 2009 and 2010. Did you provide it?
