Got To Dance

Check out this nice news feature on national team choreographer (AND TOTES MY SECOND BEST FRIEND BECAUSE WE'VE MET IN PERSON AND EVERYTHING LOLZ) Stacey Umeh, training young gymnasts at the Central Coast Gymnastics Academy. She has some lovely things to say about Lauren Mitchell.

Oh I love Stacey! Her passion and enthusiam is so catching. I would love an opportunity to work with her, we really are lucky to have her in this country. I always enjoy any coaching workshops she takes, she presents them so well, you can learn so much from her, not jsut as a choreographer, but a coach as well.
I highly recommend anyone who gets the opportunity to attend her workshops, be it coach or gymnast. There is so much to get out them.

Hey Mez, that club has a really young IPD & National program and they have had some great results in the last few years. IDP & NDP NSW State champions and some event placings at National Clubs in both IDP 5 (4th overall & 1st on floor & beam) & NDP 7 (1st and 3rd overall i think..) - everyone has to start somewhere right! Maybe change the description from novice to young........

By 'novice' I certainly wasn't trying to be disparaging! But I can adjust the post.
