Just a little intra-Commonwealth shoutout.
Congratulations to the members of New Zealand's just-announced women's World Championships team!
Holly Moon
Briana Mitchell
Jordan Rae
Lani Hohepa
Good luck in Rotterdam, ladies!
(If I were a judge, I'd give 'em bonus points for good senses of humour...)
ETA: These four girls have also been named as their country's Commonwealth Games team.

Holly Moon pulled out the most amazing triple spin I have ever, ever seen performed on floor in that team competition. She deserves it all!
Very early to be naming a Worlds team?
I dont think NZL has many other girls to pick from...So I guess they announce it earlier to give the girls time to taper towards worlds.
I wish that guy wouldn't speak all the way through the 'funny' beam routine.
What an embarassment for NZL Gymnastics, I think it is really stupid!
to anon 5:41pm 11/6/10 -- I feel bad for you that you don't appear to have a sense of humour, you're life must be soooo boring.
Personally, I think it's hilarious to see an elite gymnast be able to have a laugh at themselves, particularly as most non-gymnast fans of the sport find some of the dance moves on beam a bit strange!

this is so 'choice'! i love it, so good to see that a gymnast can mock gymnastics and possibly to some extent herself! so funny props to holly moon...personality goes so far!
