The IDP(international development program) begins with 6/7 year olds at IDP 1,then IDP 2,then IDP 3, then IDP 5 (usually 9-10 year olds). Only up to state level. IDP 6 begins the first time they can qualify and compete at the national level (between 9-12 year olds), then IDP 8 (10-13 year olds), then IDP 10. junior international (15 years and under) is where they can make the national team, then of course, senior international, age 16 and over.
PacRim usually has a junior division as well as a senior division, so the team will likely be made up of Junior International and Senior International gymnasts. Nothing below Junior International.
the pacrim is now one team of minimum of 3 juniors and maximum of 3 seniors. so technically, the team could be 6 juniors, but never more than 3 seniors. it used to be 2 separate teams, but not since 2008.
I think before 2008 there were four in each team. In 2008 the I think it was five on each apparatus and the top four counted. Australia had only two juniors last year because Tain got injured right before the competition but they only had a team of five so I guess they were allowed to have only two juniors.

Do you know what the lowest WAG IDP level to compete would be?
