Georgia Bonora (AUS): Comaneci on UB with ease
"Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi!" resonates through the O2 from the Australian fans.
Oh no! Likely ACL injury to Shona Morgan (AUS) on VT. Left on a stretcher. We'll never get used to this part of our sport.
Noteworthy UB routine from Larrissa Miller (AUS) with beautiful feet and giant taps like Khorkina. Drilled a tucked 1/2 in 1/2 out.
Lauren Mitchell (AUS): Arabian double front into immediate stag jump - exceptional!
Keep those cheers going from the stands, Aussie fans!
Now, at last, some videos are surfacing. Many giant thanks to the GGMB users and other dedicated fans who risked being chucked out of the arena in order to get us footage.
Georgia appears on bars in this video here.
More will come, I am sure.

This is sad... Shona's messed up vault. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIRemQ-3Dto
Get well soon, Shona! We're all behind you, and confident that you'll overcome this latest obstacle. (mistysakura, Victoria, Australia)
Watched the Mens AA this morning LIVE on Universal. No commentary but great FREE coverage. Recommend anyone wanting to watch the Women's AA tomorrow morning Aussie time to do the same.
No commentary just the sounds of competition?? That actually sounds really good to me! I was still on the bubble about to get it or not but I think I'm going to get it. Thanks for the info!
Thats correct.
Just to clarify...
It is FREE through Universal. The WCSN coverage is via subscription. Okay their subscription is for a year and will obviously cover other events perhaps not covered by Universal sport but to watch this championships I would recommend the FREE coverage available through universal.
Check out the GA web site for info - look for link to Universal.
Watch FREE complete coverage through Universal Sports:-

There are comments out there that shona has torn her acl!.if this is true it will not be 4-6 weeks but around 12 months to recover from a knee reconstruction. But its possible alisa camplin and aerial girls and annia hatch r good examples.i came back in a year its hard but good luck Shona.Plz come back and end on a high note.hope the rumours arent true but the fall looks like an acl.Argh
I think the Waverley website is the most reputable source, and they said it was a dislocated knee needing 4-6 weeks.
I doubt Wverley would blatantly lie to their own club community since people would find out anyway. I think a lot of the ACL comments were speculation given she didn't get up, rather than a medical diagnosis.
YouTube user gymshiv2 has a video of Shona's botched vault. The one on which she got injured.

Oh, I see mistysakura beat me to it...
Am I the only crazy person waking up at 4;30 to watch live? At least it's Saturday tomorrow so I can sleep in!
AA order is up.

Lauren is first up on VT but besides that she's got a really good order. 8th on UB 5th on BB and 6th on FX. Could help her gain a few tenths here or there.
I would be inclined to trust commenter "Billden06":
"Shona's injury was a knee (patella) dislocation. You can actually see it in the video. When her coach first went to her, he asked what was wrong as he did not notice. When she said "look at my knee" you can see him look and immediately react. The doctor was on scene shortly after and he popped it back in straight away. Scans showed there was no major ligament damamge."
This was very sad to watch, as sad as Beth Tweddle's bars fall. *sigh* These Worlds are tinged with both sadness and elation.
Carn Lauren, Larrissa and Prash! Do it for our fallen ginger!
